In accordance with local health officials and town advisory, we will be exercising an abundance of caution and are cancelling services for the next two Sundays, March 15 and March 22, as well as postponing the Ladies’ Event.  We are sad to cancel, but as we grapple with this challenging situation we do believe it is in the best interest of congregants to act responsibly.

If you are over 60 or have low immunity, we advise you to take caution and stay home when you are able.  If you need assistance with groceries or other matters, please contact us at the church office (by email at office@ecchurchstamford.org is best, as the main office will not staffed during the day) and we will put you in touch with someone else at the church who can assist.  We have had a few volunteers come forward to assist but if you are willing and able to help, please let the office know as well.

Evangelical Community Church offers worship service at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings.

There’s a banner hanging at the front of our sanctuary at ECC. It states: To Know Him and To Make Him Known. This is our passion as Christians here in the 21st century.  Because we are a Bible-based church there are three things you can count on when you visit us:

Strong emphasis on worshiping the Lord.
ECC loves to worship! We have a blended style of music enabling us to sing contemporary Christian songs as well as the great hymns.

Bible-centered preaching and teaching
We believe that the Bible is God’s Inspired Word and is applicable for our lives today! Through our commitment to prayer, we strive to be disciples of Christ and to be his instruments in this world.

Love and Acceptance
You will find a warm welcome, acceptance and love when you come to our church. We are all “saved by grace” and we obey Jesus’ command to love one another.

We hope you will drop by and join us for Bible Study and Worship.
